Removal of 40,000 tonnes of unsuitable material and installation of 10,000m3 fill to achieve bulk earthwork level. Facing the risk of differential settlement between pre-load and non-preload areas of site, Blend installed load transfer platforms to allow for ground improvement before completing roadbase working platforms to the balance.

Cut/import fill of 10,000m3
Final trimming and proof rolling to 37,000m2 of structural platform

Roadbase load transfer platform installation for piling works and ground stabilisation (6,000m3)
Roadbase installation to building platform, working platforms and site capping layer (6,000m3)
