Beginning with demolition of two office buildings and significant land clearing/grubbing to remove existing overgrowth, the Corporate Industrial Facility at Acacia Ridge culminated in the removal of 60,000 tonnes of unsuitable material.

Scope

- Demolition and disposal of existing office buildings
- Demolish & dispose of existing heavy-duty concrete hardstands
- Demolish & dispose of existing carparks, roads and kerbing
- Demolish & dispose of landscaping, boulders and vegetation
- Over-excavate, haul & dispose of unsuitable material below specified bulk earthworks level (14,000m3)
- Separate, load, haul & dispose of contaminants unearthed during excavation works
- Replacement of unsuitable fill with imported and reconditioned on-site material
- Cut, haul & dispose of spoil (38,000m3)
- Erosion and sediment control
- Roadbase pavement installation to entirety of site
- Final trimming & level 1 geotechnical certification
- Trenching and installation of new ‘poly’ stormwater piping (375dia-750dia)
- Installation of new inspection chambers/manholes
- Installation of new field inlet pits
- Installation of new 147kL and 72kL detention tanks
- Nightwork road connection to mains stormwater (inc. demolition & rectification works)
- Sub-soil drainage
