Demolition and disposal of 12,000m2 (GFA) of cold rooms, portal shed structures, topping slab and associated insulation foam layer. By thinking outside the box and developing a unique methodology for slab demolition, Blend was able to ensure adequate separation of foam from concrete for later crushing into 28mm minus recycled roadbase.
