The second multi-level carpark project. Blend Projects undertook both stages of this project which commenced with initial demolition, enabling works and bulk earthworks. Blend then proceeded with external concrete footpath and council roadworks which it completed with an array of smaller machinery.
Scope

Demolition and disposal of 8,000m2 asphalt carparking and associated concrete
Demolition and disposal of existing council roads, footpaths and medians to allow for widening works

Bulk cut to fill to achieve level 1 certified pad for piling works and slab on ground
Trimming/proof rolling to underside of new structural slabs
Installation of roadbase pavements for new roads

Full-depth roadbase pavement installation and asphalt lay
Kerb installation
Concrete footpath preparation and installation
